      • I originally bought the compact 1800 layout version of this keyboard with MX blacks but it was just too heavy so I switched to browns on this board. Out of the box there was an outrageous amount of ping. The 1800 layout model had absolutely none. I mean just flipping out the stands on this keyboard makes it sing. Beyond that, just taking off the backspace keycap with the tool provided and in the correct form (holding the board, pulling straight/perpendicular) snapped one of the stabilizers with very little force. I have no idea how a manufacturer selling their boards for well over $100 would overlook things that seem so simple and really experience ruining for me. This is my first experience with buying and using a mechanical keyboard and so far i'm extremely frustrated and so disappointed. Two boards later and the hype has not been justified for me personally.

      • Really good, really understated. Classic beige 'n grey color scheme will never go out of style, at least to this 90s born kid. The keycaps have that slightly textured PBT feel, and just have a high quality to them. The spacebar in particular is one of the smoothest and best feeling I've had in an mkb. One thing to note though, is that some of the keycaps like the ones for the numpad appear to be shallower profile than 'standard' profile keycaps.
It took me several years of using Cherry MX Blues to realize that I actually don't really like Cherry MX Blues, lol. So it feels good to be going back to Cherry MX Browns after so long. I've had a couple Brown mkbs before, but I gave one to my brother, and the other one broke (cheap Amazon junk).
Anyways, there's nothing really to be said for this keyboard. It's just good.

      • I think it is good and just for my boyfriend. I like the color.

      • I bought this keyboard about three months ago and haven't looked back! The aesthetic is lovely and understated while the Cherry MX Blue switches make for loud, clicky fun. I sometimes catch myself looking for excuses to type something out just to use it a little bit more. The full keyboard size was a must for me. I use the numpad every day, and the whole thing just oozes professionalism , efficiency and precision.

      • I love this keyboard so much! It has this authentic 'retro' look so I get lots of compliments from people who are fashionable enough (or old school enough) to recognize it, and at the same time it looks plain/humble enough so most have no idea how fancy, high-end thing this is, which is perfect for office use. Superb quality overall, the texture of keycaps real nice on my fingertips. I chose silent red switch - love its soft, creamy keystrokes which is, again, perfect for office use.

      • Have used this keyboard for around a year or so at this point. LOVE it. Very high quality. No flex at all in the back plate. Using MX Brown switches. Key caps are very high quality and the double shot provides an excellent, lasting finish. Would highly recommend, particularly at the price.

      • Love the "retro" look of this keyboard, get lots of compliments. I went with the MX Red because i really like linear keys. Makes it easy to type and easier on my fingers. So far so good on the keyboard not messing up or miss keying. I use this in an office setting and do a lot of data entry so the keyboard is a must, probably would go with the TKL version for video games!
